Podcast #18: Benefits of talking about your mental health

Mental health affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood. As mental health is a huge part of our lives we want to play our part in breaking the stigma that surrounds it by sharing our own experiences and coping mechanisms.
