  • Trauma informed Counselling and Youth Worker-led Drop-in support for 11-25 year olds.
  • Counselling (inc bereavement counselling) offered Tuesday to Friday 3pm-6pm and Saturday 1pm-4pm.
  • Drop-in open Wednesday and Thursday 3pm-6pm. No appointment needed.

The Calm Harm app for 12 – 25  year olds. It helps you resist or manage the urge to self-harm; it has a number of activities to help reduce symptoms of stress and anxiety.
