Leeds MindMate SPA (Single Point of Access) works with local services to find the right support for children and young people who have a Leeds GP. Up to your 18th birthday you (or your parent) can make an online referral or ring the SPA team.

The Market Place

Services at The Market Place will be paused from 30th June 2024, while the charity restructures due to significant reductions in funding.

The Market Place will re-launch its Drop In and counselling services with a smaller staff team in early autumn once that restructure is complete.

Youth in Mind

Resist or manage the urge to self-harm

The Calm Harm app for 12 – 25  year olds. It helps you resist or manage the urge to self-harm; it has a number of activities to help reduce symptoms of stress and anxiety.
