MindMate resources for order

MindMate Leeds have various resources to support the promotion of MindMate across the city and raise awareness of local support services for young people.

If you work or volunteer with young people in Leeds, these resources are free to order from the Public Health Resource Centre using the codes listed. Register with the PHRC and order free resources here
