Education and mental health
Studying, exams and school life in general can be tough at the best of times. Now we’re having to get our heads round online study, changes with exams and being isolated from friends. Things that usually help us cope might not be in our reach.
Lockdown can leave you feeling stressed, anxious or really low and hopeless. You might be worried about how the exams will be decided or when you’ll get to see your friends properly again.
We’ve found some things below to help you keep going, or to know how to get support if you need it.
Need urgent help?
If you are feeling suicidal or in a crisis and feel like you can’t cope, speak to somebody straight away. If possible, make sure you’re not on your own. There are services open which you can talk to.
