Bereavement pathway for children and young people in Leeds

What is it?

A handbook that sets out how services can improve the support they offer to children and young people who are bereaved. The service pathway focusses on how universal services can support children and young people, and where to refer for additional support if required. The pathway is aimed at practitioners within universal settings such as schools, Children’s Centres, voluntary sector agencies or GP practices. Updated November 2019.
